1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• Platform: The 5kbd9 website, application, and all related services.
• User: Any person who creates an account on or uses the Platform.
• Account: A personal user profile created for each User.
• Balance: The funds deposited and available in a User's account.
• Bonus: Promotional credits awarded by the Platform.
• Bet/Wager: A stake placed at risk in any game or event.
• Wagering: The total bet amount required to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.

In these Terms, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on the 5kbd9 platform and use its gaming services, you must be at least 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. 5kbd9 reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate accounts held by the same person.

2.3 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password strictly confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. In the event of a security breach, we may temporarily suspend your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawal requests or other required purposes, 5kbd9 may ask for government-issued identification or other documents to verify your identity. We reserve the right to place the relevant request on hold if documents are not provided within the specified time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is pending.

4.4 Ownership of Funds

You must confirm that any funds you deposit are your own and come from a legitimate source. Depositing using funds belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — giving you a total of ৳2,200 in your account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must complete a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement is met.
• 5kbd9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse of a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

Fair play is ensured on the 5kbd9 platform. All game outcomes are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Manipulating the outcome of any game is entirely impossible.

6.2 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, 5kbd9 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. If an event is postponed or cancelled after a bet is confirmed, the bet will be settled according to 5kbd9's rules. Bets cannot be placed without sufficient balance in the account.

6.4 Technical Issues

5kbd9 is not responsible for a game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues. However, if the problem is caused by our systems, we will take appropriate action.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or attempting to process funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Using a third party's payment method.
• Attempting to access another user's account or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Using a false identity or providing false information.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

8 Responsible Gaming

5kbd9 believes in responsible gaming. We want our users to play safely for entertainment. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, financial situation, or relationships, take a break immediately.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Data loss resulting from hacking or cyber attacks, where such events occur despite us having taken appropriate security measures.

In any circumstance, 5kbd9's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension or Closure by Us

5kbd9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a Terms violation, suspicion of fraud, or for legal reasons. During an investigation, the account balance may be held.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed.

12 Changes & Amendments

5kbd9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
